Head Chef, Blake Payne and his team have created dishes with skill and creativity using fresh, locally sourced North Norfolk ingredients. To Start 

Rich tomato and red pepper soup, basil croutons, cream cheese swirl 

Mussel, clam and sweetcorn chowder

Smoked haddock fish cakes, curry sauce, apricot puree

Hot roast smoked salmon and cream cheese pate, dill oil, crisp toast

Linguine of mussels, shallots, chilli, garlic, white wine finished with a touch of cream and garden herbs

Potato and truffle soup, wild mushroom croutons garlic and herb oil

Prawn cocktail, smoked prawns, peeled prawns and cempura king prawns, crisp toast and Marie Rose sauce

Duck, orange and cranberry terrine, pickles and fresh baked bread


Turkey escalope, pork, onion, thyme and cranberry stuffing, wrapped in smoked streaky bacon

Roasted prime cut sirlon of beef, herb, cracked black pepper and butter rub served medium 

Served with cauliflower cheese, creamed sprouts spiced with caraway seeds, buttered carrots, honey glazed parsnips, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, pan gravy and a pig in blanket

Salted and lightly smoked cod, langeustine and mussel broth, new potatoes, confit leeks, chard leeks and leek ash
