Head Chef, Blake Payne and his team have created dishes with skill and creativity using fresh, locally sourced North Norfolk ingredients. To Start 

Rich tomato and red pepper soup, basil croutons, cream cheese swirl 

Mussel, clam and sweetcorn chowder

Smoked haddock fish cakes, curry sauce, apricot puree

Hot roast smoked salmon and cream cheese pate, dill oil, crisp toast
